Master Property Owners Association

The MPOA is responsible for maintaining compliance with the established Declaration of Easements, Covenants, and Restrictions; including the Architectural Review Committee. Day-to-day management is handled by Greenacre Properties, Inc.

Board meetings are held quarterly and are open to all Starkey Ranch residents. Meeting dates are posted on the Resident Portal.

CDD

Community Development District

The CDD is a local special-purpose government entity that ensures professional management of the community. The CDD operates and maintains parks, pools, playgrounds, trails and other amenities, and ensures that common areas are appropriately maintained. The CDD also administers the trash collection in the community.
