Getting started
- Set up your utilities — electric, water, gas, and TV/internet. Providers and phone numbers are below.
- Register at the Welcome Center — bring your completed New Resident Form and closing documents to the Welcome Center. The team will help get your amenity access set up, confirm your trash and recycling, and provide other information to help you get settled in Starkey Ranch.
- Create your resident portal account with Greenacre Properties for documents, forms, and online assessment payments.
- Get the Starkey Ranch app for the community calendar and announcements — App Store · Google Play.
- Review the Governing Documents and, before any exterior change, the Architectural Review process.
- Explore the amenities — parks, pools, trails, and the events calendar are on Lifestyle & Events.

Trash & Recycling
Coastal Waste & Recycling provides trash and recycling service to Starkey Ranch as a contractor to the CDD. After you close on your home, bring your completed New Resident Form and closing documents to the Welcome Center — the team will arrange for your trash and recycling containers to be delivered.

Set-out Rules
- Have refuse at the curb no later than 6:00 a.m. on the day of pickup.
- Containers and bags must not exceed 33 gallons or 44 pounds each.
- Yard waste must be containerized, bagged (up to 4 bags, no more than 50 pounds each), or tied in bundles cut to less than 4 feet long and 2 feet in diameter.
- Recycling Guidelines — check what goes in the bin so it doesn’t get skipped.

Starkey Ranch K–8 is a Pasco County Schools magnet school located within the community. School assignments and enrollment are handled by the district — confirm your address with the Pasco County Schools locator, as boundaries can change.
